Stefan Bracaval Quartet performs original compositions by its leader.
His music is well-rooted in the Jazz tradition, although it's open to influences from other musical styles. Eclectism is inherent to Jazz.
This provides variation, as well as consistency in his repertoire.
The Stefan Bracaval Quartet features the flute, which is not that often heard in a Jazz context (-the bassflute even less frequently-).

Stefan Bracaval dedicates himself exclusively to this instrument. With its associations with Jazz, as well as with classical or world music, it fits perfectly within the eclectic character of Stefan's Jazz music.
